Journey Behind the Coffee

About the Producer/Farm
The Brazil Santa Monica – Natural comes from Santa Monica Farm, part of the Eldorado Specialty Coffees group in Ibiraci, Brazil. Overseen by the Faleiros family, whose coffee legacy spans over a century, the farm blends tradition, innovation, and sustainable practices.
Perched at 1260 meters above sea level, Santa Monica is one of the highest farms in the region, with over 5.5 million coffee trees. The farm's name, "Eldorado," reflects the richness of its land—where ruby-red cherries thrive.
Committed to quality and environmental stewardship, the Faleiros family operates one of the most advanced processing facilities in the world and dedicates over 40% of their land to conservation. Through initiatives like Qualidade no Campo, they continue to share their expertise with coffee professionals worldwide.

Region / Terroir
Grown in the renowned Alta Mogiana region of Minas Gerais, this coffee benefits from high altitudes (1080–1270 MASL) and a stable, temperate climate. These conditions cultivate natural sweetness, a smooth body, and balanced acidity.
Protected by a Denomination of Origin, Alta Mogiana’s unique terroir ensures traceability and consistent quality. Combined with the Faleiros family's dedication, this coffee brings the vibrant story of Minas Gerais to every cup.
